Terms and Conditions – 1:1 Intensive Booking

Provider: Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd
Client: The individual booking the 1:1 intensive (“the Client”)

By booking a 1:1 intensive session with the Provider, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment of the session fee.
1.2. Payment must be made via the Provider’s designated payment platform at the time of booking.
1.3. Pricing is as listed on the Provider’s website or checkout page.

2. Session Details

2.1. The 1:1 intensive includes a 1-hour Zoom call with the Provider, tailored to your business needs.
2.2. The session is for educational and strategic purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
2.3. No guarantee of results is made, and the Client acknowledges that outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

3. Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows

3.1. The Client must use the session within 12 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and will not roll over.
3.2. The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
3.3. Bookings where the Client fails to attend the scheduled session without providing 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited, and the session fee will not be refunded.
3.4. If the Provider must cancel a session, the Client will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.

4. Refunds

4.1. Payments for the 1:1 intensive are non-refundable, except in cases where the Provider cancels the session.
4.2. By booking, the Client acknowledges that they are committing to the session fee and understand that refunds are not offered for changes of mind or missed sessions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Both the Provider and the Client agree to keep all session content and communications confidential.
5.2. The Provider may use anonymised, aggregated case studies for marketing or educational purposes only, unless written consent is provided by the Client.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials provided by the Provider during the session remain the intellectual property of the Provider.
6.2. The Client may not redistribute, sell, or share any content from the session without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Client agrees that the Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising directly or indirectly from the 1:1 intensive, including business or financial decisions made following the session.
7.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the session.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
8.2. Any disputes arising under these terms must be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

9. Acceptance

By completing the booking and payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
