TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CONTENT MENTORSHIP

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in the Content Mentorship program (“Program”) provided by Crystal Austin (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and enrolling in this Program, you ("Participant", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Content Mentorship is a 12-week coaching program designed to support participants in improving their messaging and social media content. The Program includes:

12-month access to the Content Online Portal

Daily message support via slack (Monday-Thursday)

Three (3) x 60-minute 1:1 business intensive sessions

Weekly content reviews (up to 2 pieces per week)

2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Pricing & Payment:

The total fee for the Program is $3500 AUD (“Program Fee”), payable in full at checkout or via an approved payment plan.

2.2 Payment Plans:

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

2.3 No Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of this Program and the immediate access provided to resources, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

3. PROGRAM ACCESS & PARTICIPATION

3.1 1:1 Sessions:

You are responsible for scheduling and attending your 1:1 sessions.

3.2 Slack Messaging Support:

Support is provided Monday–Thursday inside the Slack channel only.
Private messages, emails, or Instagram DMs will not be responded to.
Allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Topics covered in messaging support include content, messaging, dream client clarity, and Instagram strategy.

3.3 Content Reviews:

Participants may submit up to 2 content pieces per week for review.
Content must be submitted by 5:00 PM Monday (AEST).
Feedback will be provided by 5:00 PM Thursday (AEST).

3.4 Time Away & Program Extensions:

Short breaks for holidays and Public holidays are standard.
If the Company is away for more than two (2) weeks during the Program, additional time will be added to your enrolment period as a bonus.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership:

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, and training content, are the intellectual property of the Company.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal business use only.

4.2 Restrictions:

You may not copy, distribute, share, or repurpose any Program content without express written permission from the Company.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

5.1 No Guarantees:

While the Program provides tools and strategies, results are not guaranteed, and outcomes will vary based on individual effort and application.

5.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

5.3 No Professional Advice:

The Program does not constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice. You are responsible for making your own business decisions.

6. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the Program if they violate these Terms, engage in inappropriate conduct, or fail to make required payments.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
