Business Mentoring Program: Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the SCALE The Mastermind (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
1.1 Six-Month Business Mentoring Package
The Mentor agrees to provide business mentoring services to the Client, which will include, but are not limited to, optimising content, messaging, and launching online programs throughout the Program’s duration.
1.2 Weekly Small-Group Calls
Small-group calls will be conducted two (2) times per month throughout the six (6) month duration of the Program. These calls are scheduled at the Mentor’s discretion. The Client is responsible for attending the calls at the designated times.
1.3 Weekly Content Reviews
The Client may submit up to two (2) complete pieces of content per week for feedback and suggestions for improvement. All content must be submitted via the required platform by Tuesday at 5:00 PM (AEST) each week. Feedback will be provided by Thursday at 5:00 PM (AEST) of the same week. Failure to meet the submission deadline will result in the forfeiture of feedback for that week.
1.4 Daily Group Slack Support
The Client will have access to group Slack support from Monday to Thursday for general guidance and mentoring. The Mentor will respond to messages within 48 hours, excluding public holidays and scheduled leave periods, which will be communicated in advance. Slack support is intended for brief questions and guidance and does not replace 1:1 coaching calls.
Private Messages: The Client agrees not to send private messages to the Mentor via Slack, Instagram, email, or Facebook DMs. All program-related queries must be directed to the group Slack channel to ensure consistency and fairness for all participants.
1.5 1:1 Intensives: VIP upgrade
The Client will receive six (6) 50-minute 1:1 Intensives throughout the Program to be used at the Client’s discretion. These sessions may be scheduled at any point during the six-month duration, but it is the Client’s responsibility to book the sessions via the online portal.


Cancellation Policy: The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any 1:1 intensive session. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being forfeited.
Platform: These sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
Booking Link: The Client can access the booking link for these sessions within the online portal.

2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement is for a fixed term of six (6) months, commencing on the date of the Client’s enrollment in the Program.

3. Standard Time Away Policy
The Mentor may take periodic time off during the term of the Program. The Client acknowledges that time off is a normal and expected part of the Program and does not constitute grounds for additional time or extensions.
For example, standard breaks such as two weeks off at Christmas and one week off at Easter are expected, and no bonus time will be added to the Program for these periods.
It is the Client’s responsibility to plan and adjust their participation accordingly during any scheduled breaks or time off.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Actively participate in the Program by attending group calls and engaging in Slack discussions.
Submit all required materials in a timely manner to receive feedback.
Communicate professionally and respectfully within the group Slack channel and in all Program-related interactions.
Provide at least 24 hours' notice for the rescheduling of 1:1 calls. Missed or late-cancelled calls will be forfeited.

5. Mentor Responsibilities
The Mentor agrees to:
Provide professional, timely, and high-quality mentoring services as outlined in the Program.
Maintain confidentiality of the Client’s information, subject to legal and ethical obligations.
Be available for scheduled calls and Slack support in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

6. Fees, Payment & Discounts
6.1 Program Investment
The Client agrees to pay the Program fee according to the payment option selected during enrollment.
Payments for the payment plan are automatically deducted each month every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.
6.2 Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless the Client has agreed to a payment plan. If on a payment plan, the Client agrees to pay all installments as per the agreed schedule.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
7.1 No Refunds
All sales are final. Once the Client has enrolled in the Program, no refunds will be issued.
7.2 Early Termination by the Client
If the Client chooses to withdraw from the Program before the six-month period ends, the Client remains responsible for the full Program fee, and no partial refunds will be issued.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information shared within the Program.
The Mentor may use anonymised insights or success stories for promotional or educational purposes, provided that the Client’s personal or business details are not disclosed without the Client’s written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Mentor provides educational and advisory services only. The Mentor does not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or any other specific results for the Client.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, the Mentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

11. Amendments & Entire Agreement
The Mentor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in this Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
