TERMS & CONDITIONS – START THE MINIMIND

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your enrolment in the START Minimind Program ("Program"), operated by Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing this Program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Program Overview
START is a 10-week online group business coaching program for health professionals. It includes video trainings, live Q&A sessions, templates, prompts, and access to a private Slack community.

2. Payment & Refund Policy
You agree to pay the total Program fee as displayed at checkout, either in full or via an agreed payment plan.

All payments are non-refundable, including if you withdraw partway through the Program or fail to attend any sessions.

You are responsible for completing all payments in a payment plan, regardless of participation or progress.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to change of mind or personal circumstances.

In the case of a genuine financial emergency, we encourage you to reach out but approval of any payment adjustments remains at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Program — including videos, templates, prompts, and written material — is the intellectual property of Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd and is provided for your personal business use only.

You must not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any Program materials without written consent.

Teach or deliver the content as your own inside another program or professional setting.

4. Confidentiality & Community Conduct
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and maintain confidentiality of what is shared in coaching calls or the Slack community.

We reserve the right to remove you from the Program without refund if you:

Disrespect others, act abusively, or create a hostile environment.

Breach confidentiality or our intellectual property rights.

5. Program Access & Support
You’ll receive access to the Program materials for the full 10-week period. Live sessions will be recorded and made available for replay. Access to the Slack community ends at the conclusion of the Program.

6. Disclaimer
This Program offers business education and general support. No guarantees are made regarding income, client outcomes, or business results. Your success depends on your individual efforts, skills, and circumstances.

Nothing in this Program constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Program. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge you’ve read and agreed to these Terms.
