Terms and Conditions for The Coaching Collective Membership

Welcome to The Coaching Collective (referred to as "the Membership", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to The Coaching Collective membership, you (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Description
The Coaching Collective is a monthly subscription membership that includes:

Messaging support via Slack on Mondays through Thursday.

Four weekly content prompts based on current trends

A space to ask short questions and receive general feedback on content hooks.

2. Scope of Support
This membership includes guidance on general questions and content hook reviews only.
It does NOT include:

Reviews of sales pages, email sequences, websites, or full content pieces (e.g. full captions, newsletters)

Instagram or business audits

One-on-one coaching or calls (unless otherwise specified or purchased separately)

All support is provided via Slack during active days, with responses provided within 48 hours between Monday and Thursday.

3. No Replacement for Coaching or Professional Advice
This membership is designed for general guidance and support. It is not a replacement for business coaching, consulting, or professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice). Feedback is general in nature and not tailored to individual business strategies.

4. Subscription and Payment
This is a monthly subscription, billed automatically each month unless cancelled.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain up to date.

Sessions or support not used during a billing cycle do not roll over or qualify for a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g. via email).

Access to the membership continues until the end of your current paid period.

6. Member Conduct
By joining, you agree to:

Treat all members and facilitators with respect.

Use Slack for its intended purpose — feedback, prompts, and questions relevant to content and messaging.

Keep all shared information and feedback confidential. Redistribution or republishing of materials without permission is prohibited.

Avoid any form of self-promotion or solicitation within the group.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, prompts, and feedback shared within The Coaching Collective remain the intellectual property of the program creator. These may not be reused, copied, or distributed outside the membership.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or Slack.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

By enrolling in The Coaching Collective, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
