Content Reset Essentials Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Content Reset Essentials program (“the Program”), you (“the participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply from the date your purchase is completed and form the agreement between you and Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand what is included in the Program, the level of access provided and your responsibilities as a participant.

1. Program Overview

Content Reset Essentials is a self-paced digital content creation program designed to help you build confidence creating content, develop consistency and create content that connects with your audience.

The Program includes:

✓ Access to the Content Reset Essentials online portal

✓ Four weeks of content training and resources

✓ Weekly content drops containing five content prompts and ideas each week

✓ Niche-specific examples demonstrating how prompts can be adapted for different audiences and industries

✓ Weekly mini-trainings that explain how to apply the prompts and create stronger content

✓ Lifetime access to the course materials for as long as the course continues to exist

Content Reset Essentials is a self-paced education program. It does not include personalised coaching, content reviews, community support or direct access to Crystal.

2. Course Access

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the Content Reset Essentials online portal and included course materials.

Lifetime access means access to the course materials for as long as the course continues to be available.

While every effort will be made to maintain access to the Program, Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue the Program in the future.

If the Program is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

3. Self-Paced Learning & Support Boundaries

Content Reset Essentials is designed to be completed independently.

The Program does not include:

Private coaching
Private direct message support
Content reviews
Feedback on your individual content ideas, hooks, Reels or captions
Personalised content strategy
Access to a private community
Email or messaging support relating to your content creation

This Program is not intended to replace a content manager, copywriter, social media manager or business coach.

Participants are responsible for applying the training, adapting the prompts to their own business and creating their own content.

4. Content Prompts & Training Materials

The Content Reset prompts and examples are designed to provide inspiration, structure and guidance for creating content.

The niche-specific examples are provided to demonstrate how the framework can be applied across different industries and audiences.

The examples provided are not intended to be copied exactly. Participants are responsible for adapting the prompts, examples and strategies to their own brand, audience, niche and business.

The Program does not include personalised content ideas created specifically for your business.

5. Story Playbook Add-On

The Story Playbook is an optional digital add-on available for purchase with Content Reset Essentials.

The Story Playbook is designed to support you in creating Instagram Stories more consistently throughout and beyond the Content Reset challenge.

The Story Playbook includes:

✓ A repeatable Monday to Friday Instagram Story framework

✓ A daily theme designed to guide your Story content creation

✓ Prompts and guidance to help you apply each theme

The Story Playbook is designed to be a reusable framework that you can return to and adapt over time.

It is not a daily Story calendar, a guarantee of specific results, or a library of months or years of pre-written content.

The examples provided are intended to inspire ideas and demonstrate application. Participants are responsible for adapting the framework, prompts and examples to their own brand, audience, niche and business.

The Story Playbook does not include personalised Story strategy, individual Story reviews, private coaching support or ongoing content creation assistance.

6. Results Disclaimer

Content Reset Essentials is an education program designed to help you create content with more confidence, consistency and clarity.

While consistent and intentional content can support visibility, audience connection and future business opportunities, the Program does not guarantee specific results.

Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd does not guarantee that participants will:

Increase followers
Increase engagement
Generate leads
Make sales
Grow their business
Achieve any specific financial outcome

Results will vary depending on factors including your niche, audience, existing business foundations, consistency, implementation and individual circumstances.

The participant acknowledges that business growth and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of this Program.

7. Participant Responsibilities

The value you receive from Content Reset Essentials depends on your participation, implementation and willingness to take action.

You are responsible for:

✓ Completing the training materials

✓ Applying the prompts and strategies provided

✓ Creating and publishing your own content

✓ Adapting the resources to suit your own audience and business

Crystal Austin Nutrition Pty Ltd is not responsible for ensuring you complete the Program, create content consistently or achieve specific outcomes.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Program, including immediate access to digital resources and training materials, purchases are not refundable for change of mind, failure to participate, choosing not to complete the Program or deciding the Program is not suitable after purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Program inclusions and understand that Content Reset Essentials is a self-paced digital education program without personalised support.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to services that are not provided as described, not supplied with acceptable care and skill, or not fit for the stated purpose.
